Mission Statement
SUMUD Project delivers free, weekly, specialized neuro-medical care to patients who cannot reach hospitals due to the destruction of Gaza’s healthcare system or inability to pay.
Run entirely by volunteers. 100% of funds go to medical supplies, wound care, and patient treatment.

The WHO [World Health Organization (WHO)] reports that at least 94% of all hospitals in the Gaza Strip have been damaged or destroyed, leaving only a fraction of the original 36 hospitals even partially functional. Furthermore, they have documented over 930 attacks on health care across the territory.
Palestinian Ministry of Health: The local health authority reports that over 1,800 healthcare facilities (including hospitals, clinics, and primary care centers) have been either partially or completely destroyed, resulting in damages to the health sector's infrastructure valued at an estimated $1.4 billion USD.
