  • Patient medical information (when you complete our Patient Registration Form — this information is encrypted and accessible only to our medical team in Gaza)

  • Payment information (processed securely via PayPal — we do not store credit card or bank details)

B. Non-Personal Information Automatically Collected

  • Browser type, IP address, referring website, pages viewed, and date/time stamps (via SquareSpace analytics)

  • Cookies (see Section 6 below)

  • Coordinate patient care between our administrative team and Dr. Alkahlout’s medical team in Gaza

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information:

  • Patient forms are encrypted during transmission (HTTPS/SSL)

  • Donor information is processed via PayPal — we never store payment credentials

  • Access controls — only Dr. Alkahlout’s medical team and the SUMUD administrative lead (Canada) can access patient data
